First Step: Field Evaluations
For 1 to 5 days, GENCO field evaluators observe, photograph and collect data at your locations. Our team witnesses product coming in, being stored, and leaving your facilities. We also open a statistically relevant sample of containers to look for hidden product damage that cannot be seen with a casual inspection.
GENCO does not use temps to collect data. Unlike other unsaleables consultants, each GENCO field evaluator has at least 10 years of experience evaluating the causes of warehouse damage and damaged freight. This experience helps them notice issues a temp likely would not.
