Job Title: Warehouse Clerk

Description

This position is available immediately at our Coteau-du-Lac distribution center.

The main function of the warehouse clerk will be to fill the orders and to manually load or unload the trailers in compliance with the safety, precision and productivity standards established by our client and GENCO.

Responsibilities

• Handling and picking of products to perform receiving, shipping or stocking (using palette jacks), according to operational needs;
• Sort and stock orders and products ;
• Print, digitize and apply stickers;
• Enter data in inventory management systems as required;
• Safely operate MHE (electric pallet truck or lifttruck);
• Respect at all times established safety procedures.

Required Skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and respect procedures;
• Attention to quality, detail and safety;
• Capacity to work with others (team player);
• Capacity to operate MHE safely;
• Capacity to lift products over 50lbs (23 kg) regularly
• Capacity to work standing for long periods of time.

Position Characteristics

Full-time
Warehouse environment. Will be exposed to varied conditions and temperature, noise and overhead job; going up stairs frequently;
Work schedule: day or evening shift.
