GENCO's Web site is operated in the United States and presented for the purpose of promoting GENCO and its affiliate companies therein. Use of GENCO's Web site from other locations may not be appropriate, and GENCO makes no representations about such usage. JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW:
