GENCO has a proven track record of providing outstanding support to small businesses. GENCO is an active participant in the Department of Defense (DoD) Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP), and we report regularly on our progress. We work as both a prime contractor and a subcontractor. More than half of our current government-related contracts are in support of small businesses, including small aerospace logistics firms.
The DoD MPP is a key part of GENCO’s sourcing strategy for government, defense and aerospace logistics projects, allowing us to access high-quality skills for very specific assignments.
