Payment Instructions for Transportation Services

Pay by ACH or Wire Transfer

For payment by ACH or wire transfer, please call us at 920-491-0342 and ask for the accounting department. We will arrange the banking information with you so you can make payments electronically. If you are paying by ACH or wire, list the invoice number(s) in the notes of your remittance or e-mail the remittance to gbacctg@genco.com. If your payment doesn't match the invoice total, please e-mail the supporting information to gbacctg@genco.com or fax to 920-593-8980.

Pay by Telephone with a Credit Card

You can also pay us by credit card over the phone. Call 920-491-0342 and ask for the accounting department. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Pay Online

You can pay your invoice(s) by various credit cards, e-check, PayPal account or bank transfer using our secure PayPal account. Payment via this method uses PayPal's secure payment processing, and you don't have to provide your credit card or account information to GENCO, PayPal manages all transaction information securely. You don't even have to have a PayPal account to pay invoices using this method.
