Pittsburgh, PA - September 30, 2008 – GENCO Supply Chain Solutions, North America’s second largest and a Global Top 50 third-party logistics provider, today announced the appointment of Stephen H. Fraser as president and chief executive officer of its two reverse logistics business units, and executive vice president of Corporate Strategy. As the recognized leaders throughout North America, GENCO Reverse Logistics and GENCO Pharmaceutical Services are well positioned to capture an increased share of the market. Based in Chicago, Mr. Fraser will be responsible for strengthening and expanding GENCO's position in both, including strategy and business development as well as operations management. In his role as executive vice president of Corporate Strategy and a member of GENCO's senior management team, Mr. Fraser will be responsible for identifying and developing integrated solutions and markets that leverage the company's core service offerings.
Just prior to joining GENCO, Mr. Fraser was president and chief executive officer of a group of logistics companies owned by a major private equity firm, with holdings in consumer/packaged goods warehousing and transportation solutions, metals distribution, specialized trucking and intermodal and supply chain software services. Mr. Fraser also served in a dual role as chairman, president and chief executive officer of ADS Logistics, LLC, the premier metals supply chain service provider in North America.
Prior to leading the private equity-owned logistics companies, Mr. Fraser served as managing director and chief operating officer of GATX Liquid Logistics, a pioneering business focused on supply chain management of liquid bulk chemicals.
Prior to that, Mr. Fraser was founder, president and chief executive officer of a group of joint-ventured companies in the environmental services logistics field, which were acquired by GATX Capital Corporation. As part of his involvement in the environmental logistics field, Mr. Fraser was cofounder of the first companies to do waste-by-rail and served as chief operating officer of a short-line railroad acquired by Mr. Fraser and his partners.
Mr. Fraser began his career by working for 10 years at GE Sea Containers, which was principally involved in the financing and leasing of shipping containers, chassis, ships and rolling stock. He served both in the US and UK, with global sales and marketing responsibilities for their various divisions.

Mr. Fraser holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University and serves on various industry and nonprofit and for-profit boards.
