GENCO Announces Larry Hruska as its New President of Capital Returns Inc.

PITTSBURGH, Pa. - August 10, 2006 - GENCO today announced that Larry Hruska has joined its pharmaceutical returns business unit, Capital Returns Inc., as president. Mr. Hruska comes to GENCO with 28 years of extensive pharmacy and operations experience. He will be responsible for aspects of the reverse distribution of pharmaceuticals, including strategic/business planning, financial and risk analysis, inventory control, capital and facilities planning, security and customer service.

Prior to joining GENCO, Mr. Hruska served as senior director of Provider Relations at Express Scripts, Inc. where he was responsible for building, contracting and maintaining pharmacy provider networks for 50 million people.

Previously, Mr. Hruska served as vice president of Pharmacy at Kmart, Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of pharmacy for 1,408 pharmacies with annual pharmaceutical sales of $2.8 billion. His background also includes various leadership positions at RX.com, Inc., K&B, Inc., Phar-Mor, Inc., Reliable Drug Stores, Inc. and Rite Aid Corporation.

Mr. Hruska received a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Pharmacy.
