GENCO Announces Acquisition of Capital Returns Acquisition Provided Entry into Pharmaceutical Returns and Recall Market

PITTSBURGH, Pa. - October 17, 2005 - GENCO today announced it has acquired Capital Returns, the industry leader in pharmaceutical returns management and disposition, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The company will operate as a separate GENCO business unit under its existing name and current president and CEO, Robert Ryan. Republic Partners represented and advised GENCO on the transaction. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
