Parcel Rate Negotiation Process

GENCO follows a proven strategy when negotiating a new parcel contract. We create baseline data that details how a customer uses parcel shipping. We draft and deliver a RFP to carriers and help develop tools that will best allow our customers to evaluate RFP responses. As our customers begin more detailed negotiations, we step in to provide detailed information that delivers the parcel rate we expect.
