Parcel Rate Negotiation Process

GENCO follows a proven strategy when negotiating a new parcel contract. We create baseline data that details how a customer uses parcel shipping. We draft and deliver a RFP to carriers and help develop tools that will best allow our customers to evaluate RFP responses.
