Obviously, operational recommendations for each client will be different. In all cases, GENCO can discover opportunities to reduce damages and waste. Below are some examples of operational recommendations discovered through GENCO's damage research and supply chain analysis.

In one situation, products on pallets shifted dramatically during transportation. In order to identify the root cause of damage, GENCO mounted a camera inside of a trailer. The camera did not capture the shift on the specific occasion, but the root cause of the problem was still identified. It was discovered that shifting occurred when the truck passed over railroad tracks. With the root cause identified, we were able to provide a solution the solved the problem.
Who assumes financial responsibility for product damaged due to an
ambiguous maximum stack height? In this case, it would have to be the manufacturer.
Notice that the Max Stack is listed as "?", a question mark. If the customer stacks these
pallets and damage occurs, they probably have a right to expect compensation for
damaged products. GENCO's recommendation was to provide appropriate information to the
customer in order to eliminate damage on the customer end.
